As the face of BlueBuilt, you will be the main point of contact for customers throughout the project. What you will do

Outside Sales Representative duties and responsibilities

  • Travel within your territory to meet homeowners one-on-one
  • Build working knowledge of BlueBuilt services and clearly explain recommendations
  • Track sales activity and progress using CRM software
  • Support customers after the initial sale to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities

Roof Specialist responsibilities and expectations

  • Embody BlueBuilt culture and values in every homeowner interaction
  • Inspect roofs and document storm damage, leaks, and wear and tear
  • Help guide homeowners through the claims process when applicable (from filing through closeout)
  • Network consistently through door knocking, referrals, and social media to keep your pipeline strong
  • Coordinate with office staff, admin, production, and project management to deliver a smooth customer experience
  • Stay punctual, organized, and safety-minded on ladders, roofs, job sites, and while driving

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is confident with people, dependable, and comfortable being out in the field every day.

You should be able to

  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly
  • Manage your customer pipeline independently
  • Work outdoors in different weather conditions
  • Climb and inspect roofs safely (this is required for the role)
  • Use a smartphone daily (laptop or iPad preferred; iPad mentioned as earned after quotas)
  • Maintain reliable transportation to appointments and job sites

Experience requirement shown

  • Sales experience: 3 years (required)

Compensation
