Our team sat down with the homeowners to hear their vision for their home, walked the property together, and discussed what the project would involve.
But before any work started, we needed to know what was hiding behind that old siding. At 2,200 sq. ft., a home this size needed a thorough look.

The original siding had aged past the point of patching. It needed a full replacement, not another repair.
Without removing the old siding, there was no way to know if moisture had reached the wood framing underneath.
The home lacked a proper moisture barrier, leaving it exposed to water damage over time.
The existing gutters were no longer doing their job, putting the new siding and the home’s foundation at risk.

We understood what the home needed, we got to work on a plan. Our team collaborated with the homeowners on the right approach for their budget and their goals. Once the plan was set, our crew moved fast. The siding work took about 4 days, the gutters went up in 1 day, and the painting wrapped everything up in 2 days.
